The consultation fee is €90 + VAT.
How does the tagging process work?
Simply select the date and time, indicate whether you want an online or in-person consultation, choose the legal area, and leave a brief summary of the matter to be discussed.
How does payment work?
For online consultations, payment is made online using the methods available at checkout (MBWay, MB, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Europix). For in-person consultations, payment is made at the time of the appointment.
What happens after booking the appointment?
After booking, you will receive confirmation by email and can save the appointment to your Google Calendar. You will also receive access details and the link to the session after payment confirmation. The day before and again on the day of the session, 10 minutes before, you will receive a reminder notification.
What information or documents should I prepare?
For the appointment, simply provide a brief summary of the subject. If you have relevant documents, such as contracts, notices, letters, emails, decisions, or proof of payment, you should have them ready so that the consultation is more useful and objective. If you are abroad or the consultation is online, you can send them by email by replying to the appointment confirmation message.
Who provides the consultation?
The consultation will be provided by a lawyer, according to the legal area indicated when booking. The matter will be assessed and assigned to a lawyer qualified in that specific area. The consultation is provided by CSG Advogados, a firm led by Dra. Catarina S. Gomes, a lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association under professional number 55087P.
If I'm abroad, can I still have the consultation?
Yes. You can opt for an online consultation and, if necessary, send documentation by email by replying to the consultation confirmation email.
Is the query conducted in Portuguese?
Yes. The consultation is conducted in Portuguese, but you can choose to have it in English.
Can I reschedule the appointment if something unforeseen comes up?
Yes. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, you should contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible to check the possibility of rescheduling.
